MRC is built on the belief that belonging comes from shared effort. It’s a space where elites and everyday runners train side by side, united by purpose rather than pace.
Sunday at MRC
Where we meet
We gather at Highfield Coffee Social, Doncaster
(DN4 5JQ) for a short
check-in and route overview, so everyone starts aligned.
Time & distance
Sundays at 09:30. Most runners cover 5–10km at conversational effort, with flexibility depending on where you are in your training.
Pace & standards
We group by feel, not splits. If you can run easily for around
40 minutes, you’ll fit straight in. Come focused, arrive
on time, and bring good energy.
If you’re unsure how this fits into your wider training,
our coaching approach
explains how we structure progression week to week.
Kit, coffee & atmosphere
Dress for the conditions. After the run, we return to Highfield Coffee Social for cake and coffee — a simple ritual that builds the community as much as the miles do.
Reserve your spot
MRC is free to attend, but sign up is required to protect the culture and ensure every runner is properly looked after.
Add your details to confirm attendance and receive key information ahead of Sunday - including meeting point, route and any updates.
